Refund & Returns Policy

At Maison Oudora, every fragrance is crafted to the highest standard. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return an unused, sealed product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as received.
Due to the nature of perfume and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@oudora.com with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@oudora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Await our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item securely to the address provided. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Gift sets that have been opened.
- Items purchased during a final-sale promotion.
